    I should have 20 lanes, 8 for each GPU and 4 for the m.2. And its the first card that isnt showing in the device manager. not sure what ddu in safe mode is, not super tech savy just going off of the info that i know.

    Parts:-Asus Strix Z270F mobo-Samsung 960 PRO Series - 512GB PCIe M.2 SSD-Two Asus Strix 1080TIsHeres what I know:-Each Graphics card will work by themselves in PCIe slot 1-try to hook up SLI and it only recognizes the card in PCI slot 2 -tried 3 different SLI bridges -bios is up to date
