The 750D is probably discontinued.

Your issue might be "vdroop", it was also a massive pain in the butt with my 3570K. Offset mode on my Z77-GD65 and Z77X-UD5H were too unpredictable for my taste, I just used static voltage and set LLC properly. Sandy Bridge is a treat to overclock.

Anyway to @bruh14 without knowing what prices of comparable newer cards are like in Indonesia, it's impossible for us to give a confident answer, but those prices strike me as unimpressive. These cards are 5-6 years old and had an MSRP of about $250 USD when they were new.

I prefer to leave my AIO pumps at a fixed speed, usually around 80-90% and have a pleasent fan curve set.

With Ryzen chips, the only way you can really accurately measure cooling performance is putting it under full load then measuring how far it boosts. The way the boost algorithm works, it keeps a high idle voltage so it can boost up to really high temps clock speeds on a single core on a dime, causing those temp spikes. Under full load, it balances temps, frequency, and voltage to keep it at 75-85C at all times, so the only real way to tell if it's being cooled well is to see how high its boosting under full load. 
 
Try running Cinebench for 10 minutes and see what the average clock speed was. If it was around 4.5GHz +-100MHz, your temps are fine. If it's much lower than that, may it's time to do a repaste.

If you're concerned about power load, try reducing power to the CPU and GPU and see if a reduced load doesn't trigger the crash. Disable SMT on the CPU and cut the clock speed on the GPU via MSI afterburner or your software of choice

MSI has recalled a bunch of faulty AIO's. Worth check on their site but yeah if the mount/paste is good then it sounds like a failing cooler.

At no point in your previous post asking for recommendations did you say you already had a system with a 9900 and a 3060 ti. If you had, anyone could have told you that the performance uplift of either the 3700x/3070 or 5800x/3060 ti systems over your existing parts would have been marginal at best. Anyone would have also told you that the 3700x is a weaker gaming CPU than the 9900, and when gaming at only 1080p (a waste of this hardware) the CPU is going to be the limiting factor in many cases.
 
Of course, all of this information is easy to find in lots of other places besides this forum, but making the effort of doing your own research doesn't let you come back and reproach strangers on the internet for supposedly leading you astray when they took the time to give you free advice. 
 

I have this paired with an RTX 3070, my other system has an i9 9900 and RTX 3060 ti that performs so much better in games. In warzone at 1080p, the intel system gives an average of 170 fps in Warzone Rebirth, the Ryzen system gives me an average of 110 fps. Other games I have tried also have a lower performance. I have looked online and many other people have also had the exact same issue with the Ryzen 3000 series. I ran cinebench on the Ryzen system and the scores on single and multi-core were higher than my I9 9900( non k) system. I asked forum members if this was a good combination and I was told yes, that the other combination I was going to go for, the Ryzen 5800X and RTX 3060 ti  was not a good option. Such bad advice.
