I just wanted to know if the BM-800 or the NW-800 microphone were good for discord calls or for anything else. Would they suffice? I'm looking for a budget mic as I don't want to spend $200 on a blue yeti if you guys have any other recommendations please drop 'em (i live in australia so be aware that your country might have a mic that no vendor here has) thanks

So basically when my laptop is plugged into my monitor (hp 27x non curved) it functions normally and does stuff really fast and my games are very smooth. However when I take my laptop somewhere else and use it (plugged in) everything seems slow from opening pages to playing games (stutters and low fps), any help? Specs i7 8750H GTX 1060 6GB 8GB DDR4 RAM

Hey all, I was wondering if I could drill a hole through my monitor so that my keyboard cable (pic attached) could look neat and so that the cables connecting to the monitor look neat. My monitor is the HP 27x 144hz monitor non curved, the stand is like the ASUS VG278Q in the sense that it can tilt, go up and down, all the gimmicks, I was worried that the stand wouldn't work as well, thank you!

If there's any better alternatives feel free to recommend me some (im in AUS so please dont recommend me something in the US)

Not sure if this is the right area to post but basically im wondering if 8% cpu usage is normal on idle The second i open up my task manager, it's 56% then 10, 12, then 8%, is this normal? Im on performance mode and my cpu is the i7 8750H, i'm afraid i have a virus so please clarify, thanks

When the hp 27x is selected and i pick 144 that happens, newest drivers don't work

I have a Hp 27x monitor (1080p, 144hz, 1ms). A week ago all was good until one day i turned on my laptop and lo and behold, 900p and 60hz?! I tried reinstalling drivers, putting dp mode 1.1 and 1.2 but to no avail, hdmi worked yesterday but now i can't get it to, rn im using my DP at 900p 60hz, my specs are i7 8750h. 8gb ddr4 ram 2400mhz, 1060 6gb, nvidia driver version 389.27, help a homie out, i can't stand 900p! (forgot to merntion i tried custom display, 1080p works but 144 makes my laptop screen flash while my monitor having no signal)
