Software? Lol, software doesnt fix or xontain everything. You'd get pretty low framerates without tensor cores, especially on software

The average consumer will never use 16/32 cores anyways Plus i bet it'll be alot better than the noctua. Just as quiet with a few degree lower temps...and it doesn't look like puke

A bill that makes sense from california? Am i dreaming?!? *starbucks coffee intensifies* In all seriousness, wish it didn't have to come to the government interfering with this, and this will indeed have some sort of consequences for the user.

Yeah. I'm interested in overclocking an 8700k to around 5 ghz. The maximus has better VRMs and power delivery, however I don't know if the extra 80 AUD is worth it. I won't really use the wifi and bluetooth on the z370-e anyways. inb4 "just get a ryzen" xdddd EDIT: Maximus also has handy things like a post indicator (forgot the name lol) and bios reset and flashback

Online retailers will now have to collect sales tax in the US
LoganTNZ replied to SteveGrabowski0's topic in Tech News
It indeed is. Just because its not a physical item doesnt mean you should just buy it freely without tax. -

GSX 1000? Its surround sound seems like a great idea, and many peoole say that its the best implementation of surround sound yet https://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-1000-Gaming-Audio-Amplifier/dp/B01LDTP484/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1529617072&sr=8-2&keywords=Gsx+1000 -
Should i go with the evga g2 or g3 power supply? The G2 is 30 AUD cheaper than the G3, but what are the main differences?

AMD tells 8086K Winners to trade in CPU for TR 1950X
LoganTNZ replied to Pretzel4000's topic in Tech News
I wonder what AMD's going to do with these processors. Tear them apart and analyse what intel does, maybe? If thats the case, thats really shady. Lets just hope this is a publicity stunt and nothing more- 79 replies

EDIT: nevermind, im dumb. Didnt know they were talking exclusively about companies forcibly degrading components. Now for me to redo my whole post I dont know how I feel about this. On the one hand, its unethical for companies to degrade your products over time, but should it be illegal? Shouldnt it be the consumer's responsibility to do their research and for companies to maintain their products? I dont really like the idea of the governement controlling what companies can and can not do. People are slowly waking up to apple's shady business praftices anyways.

Wasnt that in, like, 2011? Times have changed since then. The internet didnt care about much, now the internet gets blown up about the most minor stuff lmao (not referencing net neutrality)

Most people, as in 90% of modern day gamers and such, (the average joe who just browses the web should just buy a q6600 off of ebay) which a 4th gen intel cpu is nearly outdated for, dont even use all 8 cores. Streaming pubg, csgo and fortnite can be done on a 6 core CPU. 8 cores if designed for video editors and encoders who need to always be working on something, as well as peoplr who stream AAA titles
