  1. so if everyone was informed telephone plans would go out of buisness as people would only ever need mobile internet for making calls with things such as skype which is free whereever u are
  2. I just don't get why people still make international phone calls through their mobile network and have to pay when they can just use the internet to call someone internationally for free or is there a catch?
  3. Hi so I recently realised that when listening to music the there would be a crackling/popping sound in the background but restarting the system would fix it until I had shut the system down. That's when I realised that the fast-startup option was the cause of the issue so I turned the option off and there is no crackling now. The only problem is that I want to hibernate my system sometimes so I don't have to reopen my work and when I do this it messes up the audio again. The only workaround I could find to stop the issue is to disable and start the graphic driver every time I turned the system back on from hibernation but I don't want to have to do this every time I turn my system back on. So I'm guessing the problem is that the Nvidia display driver doesn't like being put into hibernation when fast-startup is enabled causing a error with the audio which is only fixed when the driver is fully restarted. Does any one know how to fix this issue I have updated my graphic driver on several occasions and this hasn't helped. Any other questions please ask
  4. I would like to change my name please how would I do that
  5. not if you only put in like $5 it could eventually turn into $1000 and no obviously i will have a job but it could just be a side thing to make money from
  6. you just wait for the bitcoin value to go higher than what it was when you invested I mean it has to eventually right? anyway can someone help me setup to do this bitcoin trading or point me to a guide please
  7. but i swear bitcoin value is fluctuating all the by a tiny bit so for example can't the algoritm just invest like a dollar when the bitcoin value is low and you get 0.0000000001 btc in return and then when the value of a bitcoin value goes up by like 50 cent or so the algorithm can automatically cash out again and get a 50cent profit - the algorithm can just keep doing this again and again automatically and eventually you will make a big profit. Would that not work?
  8. Hi does anyone who uses CAM have the installer to a version older than 3.6.6 on their PC. This update completely messes up the lighting and there is no way to install a older version off nzxt's website
  9. you have any idea where it is in chrome
  10. No I need to delete it cos the protocol is messed up and is not opening games properly
  11. I uninstalled steam but the protocol still seems to be on my system as when I type steam:// into my browser I get a dialogue box saying Open URL: steam protocol. How do I delete the protocol from my system the protocol must be stored somewhere mustn't it?
  12. Yeah basically they are web shortcuts
  13. Oh ok do you have any idea where I could find it in the registry I am havin problems with the stream web socket and would like to reset it
  14. You know the steam protocol which steam uses for shortcuts to games such as (steam://rungameid:3982) where is the protocol stored on the computer? I was told when steam is installed it puts it somewhere in chromes, filrefox and IE's files
  15. How do I remove/reset steam mime type/url protocol that is used to run games from shortcuts (eg. steam://rungameid352) i am having problems with it and would like to reset it in a sense. I heard that when steam is installed it puts something into chrome/firefox/IE so the browsers reconise the links to open steam how do I remove this so it gets reset?
  16. Yeah, I have tested other audio sources such as TIDAL, Youtube ect. and have not had any issues,so this seems to be a issue with spotifty. I have tried changing the bitrate to the lowest and it doesn't make any difference. An interesting thing is that I have tried using a cheap external USB soundcard (about $10) and the crackling seems to go. But I can't believe that my intergrated supremefx sound card is the cause of these issues as the crackling only happens on spotify and the soundcard doesn't crackle on anything else. Also, if I didn't note before the crackling comes and goes: for example: I am listening to music on spotify now and the audio is absolutley fine but yesterday I couldn't get rid of the crackling. The crackling just seems to come and go randomly. Only thing that can get rid of it competly is having the audio devices or volume mixer window open I guess it's because it's making windows monitor the sound because it is showing the sound levels.
  17. This started a couple of months ago. It's been extremely annoying but I've signed up for the year long subscription or else I would not use this anymore. I suspect that it has something to do with Windows 10, but everyone has that now so why doesn't spotify look into it and fix it??? These are things that I have tried: - Restart Spotify - Restart computer - Deleting all the local files - Reinstall - Turning on/off Hardware Acceleration - Pretty much playing with all the available settings in Spotify - Updating my sound drivers - Turning off my bluetooth around the computer (shouldn't be this because I didn't get anything new) - Going into Device Manager and Network adapters. This shouldn't be the issue because it hasn't changed. - Trying to correct through windows defender/firewall stuff - Changing audio format/sample rate INTERESTING DETAIL: maybe this will help in directing us to a solution, but the noises go away when the mouse is being moved or when I am consistantly typing. So it's just when there is no action being to the computer (like typing, moving the mouse, scrolling makes it go away, **bleep**) But obviously not a solution because I can't be at my computer moving my mouse around just so I can listen to my music the way it was meant to be. WHAT THE EFF ARE WE EVEN PAYING FOR????? this is so annoying. I've literally read all the board posts and none of the suggestions have helped. Just fix it already!! so many users are going through this exact issue, it warrants attention from the developers!!
  18. You know when the BIOS has handed over control to windows boot loader and you get the fancy circle spinning around as windows loads and there is always a fancy logo normally matching your motherboard manufactuarer. How does windows retrieve this logo from the motherboard. Might sound like a silly question but just wondering
