No, ram would help with that though

I would stick with the 3600x you won’t run into issues and can get a decent overclock on them, it’s a very good buy imo

I have both those cpus, there is at most 5% difference in gaming. So if you buy the 3700x do it for the ability to do other things then game.

Corsair actually revealed this cooler back in late Nov in Japan.

According to this article, this cooler would probably be release in early December, but the official release date is still not yet determined.

prolly NDA, but glimpses are free 'excitement' to those that see what might be coming.

Why? it gives you more cooling space, Plus not everyone wants to deal with custom loops just to get a 360 radiator.

It's not even listed on Corsair website yet(US). NewEgg had the 115i Pro listed for a bit. The new Pro AIO seem non-existent in the US for the time being. There could be an issue with patents and copyright. Which is what holds back most AIO in the US and why BeQuiet AIO was never officially sold in the US.

spotted in LTT 'Building the ULTIMATE Twitch Streaming PC!'

not mentioned in the parts listing (prolly for good reason)

More than enough to get you few the next few years I'd think.

450-550W is already plenty on the PSU. The TXM and Whisper M are reasonably priced.
The case is listed to have 161mm cooler clearance. The H5 is reasonably priced.
On Sweden, the price difference between the cases is negligible. Same goes for the Define C, Enthoo Pro M, and the P400S.
Getting faster RAM  does improve the performance noticeably, by several %.

Yes, the 1080 build does seem the most reasonable. Perhaps with a lower and motherboard, and with an 8400 using the stock cooler.

650w should be fine. You could get away with 500w on both I believe.  There are power-supply calculators online that are usually a good reference point.

I would personally go with the 1080 build, but I don't know what peripherals you have, if you are driving a 1080p monitor at 60 Hz the 1080 is overkill.  I also wouldn't recommend that Cryorig cooler, I feel that there are better options for cheaper (at least here in the US).  (EDIT: Seems pricing has gone crazy recently, I thought the 212 evo was like $20 buts it's now at $34)

Depends what you mean by relevant. Will there be new CPUs released for it? Probably not.
Will the CPU you're getting last you for many years? Yes, it will.

Unless you plan on upgrading every year, I wouldn't worry about it.

Other than the cpu cooler, a good list. You might check out the Cryorig H7. If you want better overclocking potential an aio like the Corsair H100i v2 would be good.

If you want a really good upgrade path for the future, go Ryzen and AM4. If you're set on Coffee Lake, I agree with @brob
