    I would advise try other psu, hmm also check SSD temps while gaming, It could be also that SSDs in raid is overheating but this is just <1% theory, PSU issue is more real

    I'm kind surprised for such low wattage since my last cpu was amd phenom ii x4 965 which burned 2x 550 psu(without oc) and with 630w managed to be ok, and now i took intel and current build is 10x times more powerful and uses almost same psu wattage as my old one.

    Do you have other drives which can use these firecuda powerline connector and sata connector, if you already tried, when try to connect firecuda with power and sata cables turn on pc wait for ~1min and then restart if then does not work then you have dead drive.

    I would suggest try to use diffrent psu, take from friend or from another pc and try boot while overclocked, if boots succesfully well psu is dying, if not try another cpu if boots succesfully your cpu is dying, if not motherboard issues.

    how about psu? I have theory that while you doing test psu can efficently provide power to cpu and whole systems feels smoother, but while you gaming psu lacks power to efficently deliver power to all components and +12V voltage is sitting below 11 volts, due to faulty psu or overheating psu. BUT THIS IS JUST THEORY.

    (usually) This happens when you uninstall software and it registry settings are not deleted. Or installed program set wrong registry values. Best advice would be reinstall unlisted software and check if it helps.

    You can do two things before buying RAMs:
    A. Increase page memory, this way if ram fully used ram memory will be executed in you hard drive.
    B. Take Flash drive 4GB at least and you can use flash as a ram windows has built in feature ReadyBoost also not all flashs support such feature.
