Except those write speeds really arent sustainable due to the TLC nand it uses. Instead of the MLC/DLC that the 970 pro uses. 
 
Might aswell go for cheaper Phison E16 drives if you need burst speeds.

Long story short, backing up DVD's is illegal. Once you use a piece of software and start ripping the content on a disk, you've just legally breached DRM. The question isn't whether if it's illegal or not (because it is), it's whether or not will you ever be caught doing it. In which cases more than likely not as long as you're not selling bootleg movies or music discs.

I was thinking, maybe the high council could start a twitter account. You could give updates on membership numbers, ships in our fleet, and of course more things when the game actually comes out.

They sold a few for $5k during their 24 hour live stream that one time, they sold out in a few min iirc.

Actually I think I can one up you on the organisation owning it's own building. There was a time right after the Bengal Carrier was announced as a "thing" in the perpetual universe, people went wild asking for weeks if it would be possible to capture one and re-purpose it. After a series of half answers from devs and Chris, Chris confirmed that yes you will be able to capture one and indeed turn it into your org's carrier. He said to keep in mind however that capturing one would be extremely hard because of the sheer numbers needed. In addition to that he said attempting to do so would more than likely result in accidentally destroying it rather than disabling it to a point where it could be captured. But ... it can be done. And we sure as hell have the numbers =)  

From the sound of things we will be able to have our own buildings on specific planets, I'm really looking forward to walking into the LTT military command to ask for a fighter escort for a trade mission into pirate territory. SPACE BUREAUCRACY IS OP!

Expect what I did being it was my first build. Expect the magnificent little blue box to come from Newegg with that beutiful little chip that will totally blow away your other friends' crummy laptops. But be prepared, as the box is a major let down, and that expensive little chip is protected by a thin layer plastic on the side of the box, ready to be damaged from the slightest drop. Expect that facinating little box to hold no more than the chip, a fan you keep because it adds a techy look to your room, and a pointless manual. Expect overclocking to be not only a stress test on the chip itself, but a stress test of your mind. Expect it to pass each trial of Prime 95 that you throw at it, only to find your pc reset a few hours later when you come back to it. Expect an overclock between 4.3 and 4.6. But dont expect anything, other than the expectations that the chip you get wont be as good as some other peoples. Expect some hate from AMD fanboys about buying an "Overpriced" chip that performs just as well as others, but also expect to not care. Expect great things my friend, expect great.
