  1. Hello, i was wondering would an AMD epyc 7351p be decent at hosting a minecraft network? I just ask due to me needing alot of cores due to assigning a mc server to a core each.
  2. it works now i just needed to reinstall my driver
  3. ill upgrade the 1700 and see where it gose from there THANK YOU! it clears alot of controversy up for me!
  4. so then if i want to max games out and stream at the same time what do i need to do? what do i need to upgrade?
  5. i do it so my obs can keep a constant 60fps if i dont have it enabled it captures at like 20fps and its like a slideshow. if i enable it its fine constant 60fps
  6. im trying to reinstall my drivers. maybe still has the 1060 in it.
  7. and for the resolution i have my monitor to play at 1440p
  8. i do have vsync enabled but even so when im playing gtav i drop to like 45 fps and as far as i understand obs takes gpu time aswell even when encoding with cpu. if i dont have vsync enabled my obs capture framerate drops to like 20 fps and its like a slideshow.
  9. so i am looking into my performance of my cpu: AMD ryzen 7 1700 oced to 3.8ghz, and my gtx 1080ti it seems like this cpu is bottlenecking my gpu like crazy. I'm looking to upgrade to a better cpu within the 550$ range for cpu and new Motherboard if needed. im looking and taking possible suggestions on what will be the best cpu combo for my gpu. i stream and play games on the same machine so keep that in mind. I was looking at a intel i7 8700k 6 core 12 thread but im not 100% sure that would fix the issue im having. basicly the 1080ti is having the same performance as my 1060 6gb.
