    So i have this problem that when i turn off my pc with like chrome up and alot of programms next time i turn on the pc all those files instantly open. So what i have tried is turning of hibernate by opening cmd and typing powercfg -h off, powercfg /h off, powercfg.exe /hibernate off, powercfg.exe -hibernate off and i have even tried turning it off via regedit and set the value to 0. None of these have help so that is why im posting this cause it is getting really annoying.
