So just going by Chassis, what are some good models?

So MSI is a good name to go for in terms of quality. Would a slimmer case in 1070 like the GS or GE series offer similar quality cooling or is it really just the hulking ones? Also should I expect good VR performance in anything besides a 1070/80 SLI?

Well I saw a good deal for an ASUS G701VI-XB72K with gtx1080 but reviews said it was big, heavy (12lbs), AND hot so there has to be something else going on. (Making the choice I would prefer cool and quiet over small) Also, anyone know how bad the heat issue is comparing the 1070 and the 1080?

IMPORTANT: - Under $1800 - GTX 1070+ - Screen: 17" 120hz + good color quality WOULD BE NICE: - Not too hot (I heard thinner laptops have worse heating and dust issues) - Not super big/heavy (Although I heard MAX-Q graphics cards take a performance hit) - Modern plugs like USB-C (Thunderbolt 3) DON'T CARE: - Battery life (I move around a lot, but the laptop will be plugged in 24/7) - RAM/SSD/HDD (I have all of that leftover from my current laptop so I'm planning on just wiping and porting them over)
