How well would an 8700k handle streaming?

Yes i plan on doing some overclocking, as well as mostly gaming and maybe a little bit of streaming.

I forgot to put in there that I have a 1TB external drive, and the reason for the 144hz monitor is I play CSGO, so to take advantage of the 300 fps I opted for the 144hz.

Messed with the socket and did a little cleaning works fine after giving it a little wiggle.

I have done so 3 times, boots every time without cooler, but once it is screwed into the bracket (using the x method) it no longer boots.

I can boot withe the cpu fan is plugged in but it has to be unscrewed from the bracket to do that so im thinking there is something with the cooler and im just gonna try an aftermarket one, Thanks for the help guys!

Would it be a header issue? Because i cant just start it without it plugged in, it has to be completely removed to get it to boot

Nothing happens. If i boot without cooler on, it boots. So after it boots i just put cooler on while its running and it works fine, but next time i go to boot everything turns on but it doesnt boot.

how do i make sure it is seated properly

My computer will boot but only without the cpu fan on. ryzen 1600, stock cooler, msi B350 tomahawk.

No lights on any of these usually when it boots i just get the cpu light then the boot light but i am only getting the cpu light. And yes everything has been check 5+ times
