  1. you could copy my current build, its great for those games. all well above 120fps all on ultra. gives you lots of ram and has plenty of slots for your screen needs Ryzen 5 1400 Asus GTX 1060 3GB Dual Fan OC 16GB HyperX Red DDR4 RAM AB350M PRO-4 MOBO 650W PSU Parts came at around $1050 (live in aus), bought gpu during the crisis so the price should drop to around $975 (which is around your price point in australian dollars). also keep in mind that i bought a case and extra fans for my pc, which you might not need.
  2. im not overclocking my CPU, but i am overclocking my GPU, which is why i was looking at a larger rad
  3. correction on my other statement: the space for fans next to the CPU is only 120mm whereas my front panel connector has 240mm which is where im putting the H105 rad
  4. Im not overclocking my CPU, it stays well under moderate temperatures with the stock cooler and there isnt space in my case for a 240mm radiator. i just need to know whether or not the G12 is going to fit on my 1060, and will the H105 Cooler fit on the G12?
  5. I was thinking about getting water cooling for my parts and started doing some maths. it would cost me more to make a custom water cooling loop for my setup than to go with the option below, but i was confused if it would work or not. Using the NZXT Kraken G12 (https://www.nzxt.com/products/kraken-g12-black) for my GPU, then place one of the supported AIO CPU coolers into the mount on the G12. i was also most likley going to get a Corsair H60 120mm AIO for my CPU. Kraken G12: $20 Supported AIO Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series 105 240mm cooler $150 CPU AIO: ~$90
  6. i made a quick list and its going to cost around $450 Australian dollars is it worth?
  7. looks quite dodgy, maybe ill make the invesment lmao
  8. thats pretty expensive, are there any alternatives?
  9. sorry little bit new with custom builds, whats an aio? does it replace the stock fans or does it go over the top?
  10. the stock non overclocked clocks are 1784, the stock overclock is 1809 and my overclock is 1873. temps are max 75 usually 70-72 on pubg
  11. how high did what go? the overclock setting or the temps?
  12. i still dont have an awnser to my question, will any gtx 1060 water block fit on my card? do i have to get a distributor specific block?
  13. yes but ive clocked it a little further
  14. i want to keep my card alive for several years, going over 70c isnt great when have the potential to cool it
