so, is it the ISP's fault, i recieved a similar response from a discord server about the CGNAT exhaustion "Could be something like CGNAT exhaustion if you don't have a public IPv4 address" is what the guy said. Is there something I can do about this that doesnt involve calling the ISP (theyr utterly not helpful honestly), but if I have to call the ISP what do I say?

Yes, its the same sim card, so same isp looking at the modem status, the ipv6 is blank, there is ipv4. Using a vpn makes the sites work, Opera GX makes it simple but im usually on my phone as well and its really a hassle, plus its just me who gets fixed. Ipv6 test: No ipv6 detected, everything else is an i or a check I tried chrome, opera gx, and edge, also their android counterparts, safari. I have not checked yet, tho past experience I believe it is dynamic

Some sites give me a Connection Reset error. This problem persist on all devices. This goes away for a few hours if I restart my modem Modem: OPPO 5G CPE T1. Yes, its mobile data 5G. This problem also persist on the phone as well, not just in the modem. For the modem, restarting or putting network to 4G only then back to 5g only fixes it for a few hours. For the phone, airplane mode on and off Some sites I cant connect to are: Netflix, pcgamer.com, nintendo.com, CODM servers to name a few and they all give Connection Reset on all devices not just my pc I tried DNS flush, winsock reset, 8.8.8.8 DNS and even 1.1.1.1, nslookup doesnt seem to show anything that could help me fix it. nothing fixes it permanently and its getting very annoying, resetting the modem is not ideal as everyone needs internet constantly My mobile network provider also provides fiber connection so I believe mobile networks go through the same pipe. Fiber is not available where I am, but 5G is, so pls do skip the part telling me to get fiber instead.

Ive done my research but bear no fruit. The only thing closest to what I need is the Passmark loopback device which tests the bandwidth of a cable. So what I am trying to look for is a software that will basically measure the max speeds of my cable by plugging the cable into one port, and to another on the same pc. Is there such software? My problem is I bought a USB 3.2 Gen1 Type A to C for an upcoming VR device. Tested it on an S10e (incl a C to C cable from Apple), if I insert the cable partially in where only the USB 2 pads touch, it works but if I insert it all the way through it gives me a device cannot be read or smth, forgot that pop up on windows. I tried using USBTreeView, the USB 3 was giving an error code of 28 and 48, i forgot which of the two are to the switch and to the phone. I soon found out that the phone caps at usb 2 using the Apple C to C cable, yes ive tried it on a different computer as well. I have a switch but it doesnt work at all. I do not have any other Type C device that can possibly measure transfer speeds or bandwidth of the cable so Im looking for a software solution.

I have my OS in my 120gb ssd and i have 3 other hdds for storage. Whenever i disconnect the 3rd hdd, windows never boots nor my pc doesnt even recognize the ssd as a bootable drive meaning, In order to boot to windows 10 in my ssd, i need that specific hdd to be attached which makes future storage upgrades impossible without reinstalling windows, how do I stop this from happening? Also, the ssd is the ONLY storage with an OS in, nothing else.

I just installed COD modern warfare, or more specifically, COD warzone. Ive been having this LOD issue ever since i installed the game, tried a bunch of fixes like clearing cache etc. My game still looks like cardboad and paper mache simulator with 2d trees and foliage on max settings. Specs: 1060 6gb, R5 2600, 16GB RAM 2666 Edit: same happens with latest driver, switched to latest studio driver, nothing happens.

ive got an extra mobo and a 6th gen pentium, tho no psu, storage, or ram. Id rather just buy a 1660ti or 2060 if im just gonna build the other pc

I already tried it a while back, tho the 2nd gpu isnt getting any load even tho i set obs to use the 2nd 1060, same for rendering. I think im missing something

no not sli or nvlink, I know the 1060 cant do that. You can put any 2 gpus in a mobo and separate loads with both, it just CANT be used for gaming, meaning not as one gpu

no sli nor nvlink, just using one 1060 to record the game that is being rendered by the other 1060
