Ive had my pc for about a year now and noticed I've been running my ram at 2133 instead of the 3200 it can go (Corsair Vengeance) and when I went to bios and changed the memory speed thing (I didn't voltage or anything) the computer would get a blue screen w the ":(" on display and when I put it back to 2133 w one stick it works again. (I can put the second stick in after at 2133 and it works fine) Specs: Mobo: gigabyte gaming Rev 1 Cpu: ryzen 1600 (Oc to 3.7ghz) Ram: 16gb Corsair Vengeance ddr4 Storage: ssd boot drive and hdd storage Gpu: MSI gtx 1050ti Psu: 600w bronze (Corsair I think)

Do you have any opinion on how much longer I should wait before I try to get a refund or something?

Hello, I ordered my dbrand skin (white marble for the galaxy s8 plus) on the 27th of November and it is now December 10th. I've been waiting an extremely long time and every time I send them an email all they say is that they are working on it. When I go on the website my order is processed but not shipped nor any shipping information. I'm located in Brampton Ontario of in Canada which is less than an hour away from Toronto (dbrand shipping place). I just wanna know what I can do and if anyone else is having/has had this problem.
