Your CPU "is better" in a sense than your GPU and PSU, tear those out, sell them used on ebay and use that money to get the best 400-500W PSU you can with the money gained + a little more. Then instead of buying a better CPU, get a better GPU as you will need a much better one depending on what games you play. Your CPU is the best thing out of all those parts.

I would wait until the new gen evolv X comes out for itx

I ?% agree. With what you just showed for your build *cringes* you can see why pre-built systems are manufactured by the devil. 

You need a new GPU and a new PSU...... Not a CPU

Yes, but wasting money into something that you won't a return in unless you really invest into it. aka quit your job, quit school, etc.
 
If he's not already made a fanbase or earning money off of it, why invest more in something you don't know you will actually follow through in doing or earn money off of.
 
A dedicated streaming PC is for the viewers benefit, if he's not partnered, streaming at 1080p 60fps will hurt his viewer base, as some with bad wifi or on their phones will not be able to watch him.

There's probably a reason a 500W power supply was on sale for 20 dollars. The PSU isn't even listed on newegg anymore. They wanted that gone fast.

Well I tried the sweden version of pcpartspicker... they have like nothing on there in stock... the only thing I found was a motherboard for like 1500 kr

Buying a new cpu for a lga 775 socket would be a complete waste of money. just deal with the fps for now, and save up to get better motherboard, ram and cpu

You'd be wasting your money upgrading on such an old platform, I suggest you try and find a used office pre-built with an i5 2400 on Ebay.
