is the gpu the bottleneck? I need a pc that plays 1080p 60fps max settings for all the new games that come out. It needs to be able to record and also work with premiere pro good. My specs are fx 8350 gtx 970 100me m5a99fx pro r2.0 what do I need to upgrade to get a pc to meet my needs? what should I upgrade it too?
