You need a DAC and so do i. That's basically it lol. You are having the same issue i have. My friend visited me and took his portable DAC and i plugged my Sennhieser HD598's in and noticed the difference immediately.

Ive tried SupremeFX and didnt like it then used a Creative sound card and didnt like that. Now i run an optical cable to my amp because these other solutions have very underwhelming base which may put you off if you like base. What you may want to look into is an external DAC because i think they are considered better but that requires a whole new field of research. So basically from my experience if you like an explosive FPS experience go external be it DAC or AMP. One thing for sure is an audiophile would go far a DAC 100% as far as i can tell. Hope that helps a little.

Hi, I know this isn't the place but i bet there are a Fallout 4 nerds here (me included). I reinstalled to fix another issue and reinstalled my mods. I have about 170 new weapons installed that worked before but now some of the guns just appear as my hands. they fire and all that but i cant see the actual gun! many thanks

Its possible that this is by design and the fan will bed in. Its quite common with this kind of thing although i've not specifically heard about it with case fans.. The more important thing is if they do it when be powered.
