Does Tech Quickie need click bait?

I agree with the original point by @Streetguru. For a channel based around learning, it makes it tough to sift through videos to find the content you're looking for without clicking on it and watching the first dozen seconds. On another hand: while clickbait is annoying, I don't really mind it on the main channel. Linus is a tech-based entertainer and has to pay several employees and keep his business afloat. If that means clickbait, I'm personally fine with it. The content quality hasn't decreased (or not noticeably) in my opinion and that's what really matters to me

    How do i improve myself?

What area of your life do you want to improve? A good first step is doing small tasks that you can control. My rule of thumb: if it takes < 5 minutes to complete, just do it now. This includes making your bed when you first get up, doing your dish after you finish eating, picking up after yourself, properly using a calendar, and answering e-mails and texts promptly. It really does help

Customer support: "let me transfer you to a higher level support employee"

*cue generic music and a minimum of waiting 10 minutes*

  8. I'm really happy about this. I've been a YouTube Music/Premium subscriber for the past two years or so, and I recently cancelled my sub because paying $9.99 for both (while still a great deal - better than Spotify and Apple Music IMO) was too expensive compared to the student discounts for either. I'm gonna resub sometime during the holiday season. YouTube video playback in the background, Google Play Music, and ad-free videos for $6-7/month is worth it for me.

    What was your first job?

My local gym's cafe. You don't understand pain until you have to make smoothies for impatient, middle aged, stay at home moms in concession I'm not a student & make YT videos on the side
  11. Not worth it. Sell your current 580, and pick up a used 1070(Ti) for ~ $300. Much better choice and handles 4K well with conservative settings
  12. Thanks for the this! Do you know his complete setup? (Mostly the mobo) and if he was able to OC the iGPU?
  13. Don't mean to necro this thread, but after watching Linus' video - I'm really interested. Can you give more information on the overclocking? Was it BCLK or multiplier? Were you able to change the Vcore?
  14. Looking through old threads. I really miss the OGs on the forum like Askew, Kloaked, Vitalius, helping, Anialllation, Raining_Pixel, etc. I hope they're doing well

    Ryzen 5 1600x or 2600?

2600 all the way. -Lower latency -XFR2.0 (which is a bigggg improvement over XFR1) -Precision Boost 2.0 -Higher possible clock speed -Increased energy efficiency Since you have an AIO, 4.1 to 4.2 GHz will definitely be within reach. The 2600 is currently cheaper than the 1600X on Amazon US.
