  1. So, people are probably going to think i'm insane, but I really liked the Lanboy Air case, and i wanted to use it for one of my builds. Problem is, i can't find one for the life of me. Is there any cases that look similar to it?
  2. So, i've finally finished my planning of my 750 gaming rig upgrade (long awaited). Here's the part list; is there anything i need to change? 3. So.. I'm planning a new build, and these 2 cards both seem like a compelling option. I can get the 380x for $150. So.. What's the better option?
  4. Oh, Okay. Thanks for letting me know! Cooper
  5. Hello, I found my parents' old IBM 466DX2/D with a Model M keyboard (satisfyingly clicky) and a CRT monitor. I hooked it up, and it all worked. I wanted to bring it to my house. Problem is, I have zero space for a CRT anywhere. My house is teeny. I looked on my monitor, and Voila! VGA port. The IBM uses a VGA port. But, would this VGA signal work on a more "modern" non-CRT monitor? Cooper
  6. Hello. I have chosen all my parts for my first ever pc build. I just need some help making sure that all these parts are good ideas. 7. Wow, Thanks! Nice job fitting in a better GPU in there, too. -Crinesso
  8. Prebuilt, Generic HP Case. Also most likely generic PSU, not sure the voltage (probably not reusable)
  9. I'm in the USA. My current specs are a WD3200AAKS 320GB 7200RPM Hard drive 9400 GT (Not sure the model) 3GB DDR3 (how did they manage that?) 3.16 Wolfdale E8500 (EDIT: Socket 775)
  10. Heh. Anyway, thanks for the comment! I'll see how I could fit that into my build.
  11. I'm upgrading from a Core 2 Duo E8500 & a 9400 gt, and I'm going to need some help picking out the parts. My price range is around 500 USD. I've settled on a G4600/1050 ti, but I'm still pretty flexible on that. Any Ideas would be HUGELY appreciated. -Crinesso
  12. Hi. I've actually run a whole OS off a flash drive (Ubuntu) and it works... Ok for gaming. To be fair, it was USB 2.0 based. Fps was significantly decreased. But, as yours is USB 3.0, I would see a significantly less drop in performance. Just search up a way to install steam on it, and you'd (probably) be good to go. -Crinesso
  13. I was on PCPartPicker, I was having fun picking out pc parts for a budget build, but when I found THIS: (attached) I was like; Woah! Yesterday it was totally fine! What happened now?! I don't know where I'm going with this, but yeah. That's weird. -Crinesso
