Current Temps with EVERYTHING on silent operation.

I have an H110i GTX mounted at the top and I can feel the air flowing out the top of the case, definitely not recycling it on my end.

Before you buy, I have this case with the stock fans and while the case may LOOK very restrictive.. it's actually pretty open (especially with some of the hard drive trays removed.  I'd give it a shot with the FN-v2s before spending the extra money.

jinscho got a reaction from Scruffy90 in Need help with Steam Link
Update: Have absolutely no idea what fixed it.. but I restarted my computer and voila, runs PERFECT.  Spent a few hours last night playing Rocket League as I heard great things about the game with the Steam Controller and it ran flawlessly.  Zero input lag, Zero frame drop.  Considering I made absolutely no changes, I find it extremely odd that a simple restart fixed everything but hey... I'll take it.

Now I'm trying to find a nice set of peripherals for my recliner gaming sessions.  As much as I love my 7G and G700s, I need a completely wireless solution for the couch.

looks like a damn fine board, has everything but an I/O shield... I'll take a look around ebay and see if I can find one, but that's probably the board I'm gonna go with.  Thanks a bunch Hex!

SM58's are the industry standard for live vocal reproduction.
SM57's have a slightly different audio curve that make them great for recording instruments (electric guitars/bass through an amplifier, drums, etc.)

overall, they're both very good mic's for the cost.

Most of us swear over slow computers. When it takes 3 minutes to boot Windows. That is the time when we feel like throwing away the computer. But we don't, since computers are expensive. So there are many ways for you to make it faster. Reinstalling the OS is what you want to do if you don't have anything important on the computer. (If you have anything important, buy an external 500 GB USB 3.0 hard drive and put it there.)

    Read more about re-installing.

jinscho got a reaction from TheNinjaNextDor in updating my LGA 775 rig
First and foremost, I know the LGA 775 socket is outdated and I do have plans on building a 100% dedicated gaming rig in the future (have to convince my wife that a $2000 custom rig is 'necessary').  That being said, I'm doing some minor quality of life upgrades to my current rig to breathe some life back into it.  I was hoping to get some suggestions on "affordable" GPU's, something that will run WoW:MoP at higher settings that won't break the bank.

    Here's my current set-up:

    EVGA nForce 750I SLI motherboard
Intel Core 2 Duo E2180 OC'd to 2.4Ghz (working on picking up a Q6600 that will be bumped up to at least 3.0Ghz, whenever the ebay gods decide to let me get the last bid)
    3x 2GB Corsair XMS2 DDR2-6400
    PNY Geforce 9500GT 512MB
    Logisys 575w SLI ready PSU
    Win 7 home premium 64bit

Now, would it be worth it to invest in a higher end graphics card, or should I look into picking up another 9500GT and running them in SLI?

    Any advice would be great!

    Thanks!
