looks like im getting bashed

is it repairable if i take it to a repair shop?

So earlier i was moving my monitor and when i dropped it the screen landed on my knee. Now when i plug it in there are multiple verticle coloured lines and a clump of white horizontal lines on the top. am i f'ed? My monitor is a Acer Predator XB252Q and im screwed if its broken forever. Pics of Damage

so i just received my monitor for my birthday (which is this), i realised my HDMI could only put up with 60hz so i bought a HDMI CABLE that says it can run 240hz (which is this) why is my monitor still max 60hz? what it looks like when i try to change to higher hz also i have a trashy console pc that doesnt support display port! AM I F*CKED?

damn, would the best way to get a better pc now is just sell it and buy/make a new one

Hello! before I get into this I am not the best with pcs, for my birthday my parents bought me a Alienware Alpha, its decent but nothing really special, I was wondering if a mini PC like a Alienware Alpha could be upgraded and what hardware could be upgraded and could i fit the parts in a normal PC case?
