It's a dead CMOS battery, it'll cost you like 1 dollar and 5 minutes to fix.
The light staying on is a strong capacitor charge (my printer does that).

Thats the capacitor in the PSU still storing charge after it has been unplugged, totally normal. Mine stays on for around 30 seconds after its been unplugged

if it's just your BIOS being reset every time your CMOS battery is probably dead just replace it won't cost more than 10 bucks 

No, most likely your CMOS battery is dead. If it's a button cell, then it's easily replaceable.

I just don't get if the problem is in you that give too much value to a rumor (a rumor is worth what is worth on WCCFTech or in any other place... because it's a rumor), or if the problem are rumors at all wich this section of the forum is filled with, from different sources other then WCCF... Nice, I got the same ram as you one week ago but is red. Now get AVG TuneUp, Norton 360 and Windows 8.1 Pro. Tweak every single corner of the OS. 

looks nice and clean. . cinebench r11.5 and r15. valley, heaven, geekbench. also you could run some game benchmarks for people. 

you are lucky that is a great temperature. not quite bad enough to get frostbite wearing the correct clothes and not too warm for your cpu
