Just built a new build and the 7600x Is going to 95C at max temps is that normal? The motherboard is b650 Aororas pro ax a 6950xt and ddr5 6000mhz ram. The cooler is the Thermalright peerless assassin 120.

I see I am building on that motherboard and planed on getting the thermalight peerless assassin 120 and its to big for the Tgroup ram
