  1. Thanks alot for helping, that was really helpful and kind of you to barry with me, thanks for your patience man I checked alot of scores and i decided to go with the next for testing and monitoring : AIDA64 Crystaldiskinfo Cinebench Furmark Superposition HWinfo CPUz GPUz I would have added more things and changed things if i had the time but i hope those can give me a good idea about the system in less than 30 minutes.. Thanks everyone, i truly appreciate your help, this was an awesome 1st time experience with linustechtips community, I didn't expect that much help !! Glad to be learning from the big boys.. thanks again..
  2. I'm checking for Cinebench scores since y.day, but the i5 6400 scores are varying between 480-590 and this is a big "Percentage" difference !! I need a solid ground to compare my scores and i can't find a sweet spot.. any source ?! This also goes for Heaven Benchmarks, but with Heaven i couldn't find any for the Gtx 1060 with the i5 6400 without OC'ing.. Is there any official results i can check ?! MemTest is great, but with 2 sticks and 16g.b of ram it will take forever, is there any fast reliable alternative ? ((Of course i will re-check with MemTest after buying the PC)).. is Aida64 enough for a memory test ?! Thanks for helping..
  3. So i will do it like this.. AIDA64 Crystaldiskinfo Cinebench + Futuremark/3dmark FireStrike + HWinfo Usb ports + PCIe lanes (Mobo in General) Exterior I got it all covered ?! Sorry and thanks for your patience
  4. (( Factory settings are quite conservative so there wont be stability issues unless it's caused by damage. Therefore, if there is something wrong, it will show up quick. If there isnt, then it will finish smoothly. (you can increase it to 5mins to be sure, but no need to be too long). )) ^ You're referring to AIDA64 right ?! - are Futuremark, Cinebench a good performance measure that stresses the Cpu, Vga or what's your preferences ?! - thanks for pointing out the PSU issue, I'm really thankful for it and for your help..
  5. Will the AIDA64's be enough to test The Vga, Cpu, HDD and Ram ? And if so can i count on the results or should i also run Furmark/Heaven, Cinebinch/Realbench, Crystaldiskmark and monitor the the Temps with HWMonitor ?! Does it take only 2 minutes to finish with reliable result ? Thanks very much, i truly appreciate this community, very helpful guys..
  6. Stock cooler. About the storage i really have no option there, he is selling the whole deal all together, i may buy a new storage if it was bad and an SSD a.w.. Just a quest again, what's realbench and superposition for ?! Thanks alot, this is the best site with best people ever !!!!
  7. Will Cinebench show me ifbthe CPU working properly ?! What's your preferred GPU benchmark ?! Is heaven better than furmark ?! How should i know what temps to expect ?! Thanks alot man, really appreciate it.
  8. How much time should i run furmark to make sure the vga is allright ?! What is realbench, superposition for ?! Thanks.
  9. What's aida 64 ?! Will it test all the main hardware properly ?! How much time would it take to finish testing ?! Is it enough ir should i test with another program ?! Thanks for your fast reply.
  10. So i made my decision to buy a 2nd hand PC and wait for 2018 to see what new hardware comes up to build my ultimate PC.. I finally found a great deal, here is the main specs: - MSI Armor 1060 6 G.B - I5 6400 - 16 G.b Ram Ddr4 2400mhz Aegis - MSI H11m Mobo - 1 T.b HDD - Thermalteck 630W smart Se Power supply So im meeting up with the seller tmw or after at his place to test the PC, and i wanna make sure that the main hardware are working (CPU, VGA, RAm, HDD). And can't stay at a stranger's home for hours obviously, so what kind of tests should i run to test the CPU, VGA, RAM and HDD without staying more than an hour there ?! Health tests, stress test, Benchmarks, Temps monitoring.. etc... I heard about all this but dnw what is the most trustable tests to run in a short period of time wothout regretting and wasting my money.. Hope you guys can help me.. Thanks.
