Well,  I was completely wrong,  borderlands 3 looks incredibly ugly on Xbox one x, and I’ve watched YouTube vids of others playing it and mine looks nothing like theres.  Really ugly...   If this is happening to consoles which it apparently is,  there is NO problem with anything on our computers..  This had got to be electrical and or interference,  consoles having this issue blows all the rest of these ideas right out the water...   If consoles have this then this is something else,  not drivers or windows or any of that shit!   

If I can build new computers from scratch,  buy new computers, consoles wether it be Xbox one x, PS4 pro, Switch etc and all of these gaming platforms have the same ugly graphics it can’t possibly be software or hardware related PERIOD!!!
 
It also can’t be monitor or TV related because I’ve tried numerous monitors and numerous Televisions..
 
It can’t be Router/Modem related because I’ve tried my homes network as well as my shops network which is a different company than my homes and it’s another town away..
 
What I have noticed in borderlands 3 on the X is that textures not only don’t load in but when they do they consistently load in and out as you move around,  they go from low res to mid res while some are high res,  Hell even certain textures like the floor load in as mid res but when you look up close they change to low res which doesn’t make sense at all...
 
there are some serious issues causing the processing of graphics on PC, Console Etc...
 
Because it’s happening to all these different platforms I’m not sure who we can talk to about this..
 
Im considering getting hold of AMD specifically on the Console issues because all consoles accept switch I believe use AMD GPUs..

One thing that could be happening is all these platforms are in fact damaged by something.....  
 
Ive stayed away from saying this because if something like this had been damaged you think we would have more severe issues caused by such damage but who the fuck knows???
 
If somebody can take a PC or Console out of town and bring it SOMEWHERE,  doesn’t matter where and boot it up with shit looking NORMAL then were getting somewhere but until then were fucked..   This is key as far as I’m concerned...
 
I think bringing a console would be ideal considering the portability of it...
 
Even going way out somewhere and renting a night at a hotel somewhere to test an X or PRO would be worth it in my opinion..
 
Tell me what you guys think,  Also the REWARD is something we need to get the word out about..

Well I may have some good news,  I’m about to buy a gaming laptop with a full RTX 2080 not this max-q shit and it’ll set me back a cool 3K.  Good news is their 100% refund policy let’s you return it within 30 days for absolutely any reason.
 
The reason this is good news is because I’m going to be booting the thing up with internet at my shop 30min from my house,  I’ll be testing some games there.  I’ll try gaming without charging,  while charging and after charging to see if it all looks the same,  as normal.
 
Then I’ll head back to my house and test it without being plugged in,  while charging and after being charged.  This should give us all a good idea of WTF is really going on here.  If it fucks up after being plugged in then it’s electrical,  we’ll just have to see.  I’ll update you guys ASAP!

I took a hiatus from this thread out of frustration (Understandable) and It pisses me off how you guys are still looking for problems concerning cables/components/applications/settings etc..
 
This is the LAST time I’ll say this,  I’ve built NUMEROUS PCs during the past 2-3 years all with differing components,  half of them were Nvidia and the other half were AMD.  NUMEROUS monitors and TVs used,  UPS was used, Power strip was used,  even just plugging into the fucking wall gave the same shitty outcome.
 
Now if brand new computers all have the same shitty issues with all different components and gpus etc,  how in the hell could this be a cable/component/application/settings issue???  it simply couldn’t!
 
All my game consoles have these issues,  even stadia has little to no anti aliasing.
 
This has to be some sort of interference or issue between signals beings sent either to or from the monitor/tv to the PC,  electrical issue of some sort...  This is the ONLY thing that makes sense..

The real problem here is the newly built or bought pc’s should work 100% normal,  graphically, and they don’t!  This idea that we should have to do this first or do that first is nonsense...  there is some sort of interference because even in stadia the anti aliasing is terrible,  Same with blade shadow and GeForce now.  Streaming games from a server and somehow they look terrible on my pc proves their is some sort of issue between the images being sent to me,  interference,  almost some kond of technical distortion of sorts.

I truly believe this is an electrical issue,  where is the source of the electrical issue,  not sure but it seems to be coming from somewhere.  I just hope all the naysayers understand this is the most logical reason for our problems considering ALL game streaming platforms behave the same way and those streaming platforms either use their own servers or computers to stream games and STILL look like shit!  So if GeForce Now looks like hot garbage it can’t possibly be any of my PCs!  Hell,  even the consoles are doing it!  So PLEASE enough with tweaking things in settings or GeForce Inspector or any of that shit!   It’s not the problem!

Listen here morons,  if I have these issues with my consoles and PCs,  and Then I use stadia, GeForce now and blade shadow and STILL have these issue????  This CLEARLY has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with our computers..
 
Now we have a few people saying filters and UPS’s and super electricians prove it’s not electrical or interference.  I still believe their is some sort of interference or electrical issue underlining all this bullshit.  I’ve already stated this before but the city replaced the transformer on my street around the time this all started,  coincidence?  Dunno....
 
Heres one more that I’ve already brought up last year,  I was playing shadow of the tomb raider on one of my rigs and I noticed in the settings menu when I changed the graphics quality from low - Ultra my ceiling lights would dim in that room,  every time I clicked a different preset.  Coincidence?  Also dunno...
 
Now one could look at these things outlined above and say maybe there could possibly be an electrical/interference type of issue going on here,  but we’re most likely going to get posts like,  Did you change your graphics card???  Or Did you plug it into the wall???

Okay I’ve been testing Stadia from day one and I can say there is a difference.
 
The pop-in is virtually gone other than what normally pops on games.
 
The textures seem normal but the anti-aliasing is poor.
 
The anti-aliasing is the only thing wrong now.   The service runs great btw.
 
Im gonna buy more games to test.  Just been Testing Destiny 2 and GYLT.  Gonna buy Metro Exodus and see how that looks.

I have said from the beginning that my boot logos on all my rigs whether it’s Asus or gigabyte it is blurry with artifacts..

I’m waiting on STADIA to test and see if there is a difference using a Google chrome ultra other than an app like GEFORCE NOW on my PC,  time will tell.
