Does anyone know what you call those things. I want to build a Computer in desk table and i need to know what you call those silver thing that allows me to put my motherboard riser. This is a clip from linus ULTIMATE DIY DESK PC video. (@1:49 time slot)
  5. So i just want to clarify. MOST ryzen will tune down when not doing anything stressful even if you already OC it.
  6. Can u tell me where in the bios i can turn it off
  7. Are you saying that it is a feature that cannot be turned off?? ALL RYZEN chips do that??? They tune down when not in use (like writing a letter in ms words)?
  8. CPU - Ryzen 3 2200g With vega graphic CPU cooler - stock cooler MOBO - MSI A320M Pro VD RAM - Corsair Vengence 3200MHZ 2x8Gb
  9. Sorry i am a newbie to RYZEN Basically i have already overclock a ryzen 3 2200G to 3.7GHZ at the BIOS not using the Ryzen MAster. Tested the stability with cinebench r20 and Prime 95. But what i do not get is why doesn't the Clock speed STAY at the overclocked setting of 3.7GHz. It keeps going up and down between 3.0 - 3.7GHz. EVEN when i turned power management to HIGH PERFORMANCE
  10. Hi i am having a problem with my M.2 drive Samsung 970 evo M.2 250Gb NVME Attached to a GIgabyte Auros Master z390. BIOS cannot detect it and the Window also cannot be installed because it does not detect any M.2 Drive. The HDD is not Connected (Serial ATA) I already tried to move the M.2 Drive to other slot and still cannot detect. Prior it was functioning very well for the past 7 month. Now i wanted to reinstall a fresh win 10 pro. So i formatted it and deleted all the partition. Now i cannot detect at all.

  12. Can you explain by "stop at 3200Mhz". Do you have a link to this info.
  13. Hi I have got a Gskill Trident z 4000mhz class18 attached to a Asus Strix z370 F When i tried to Use Custom XMP to set the DRAM to 4000mhz. I did not change anything but the core speed and the DRAM Only the rest were set to Auto. But my system is unable to load windows. I have used memtest to test each memory module and they all turned out fine. But when i set the DRAM at the BIOS to 3200Mhz then everything works perfectly. Can some one tell me what is wrong? Why can't i use the full potential of the Memory even though the Mobo can support 4000mhz. I already have already flashed BIOS to the latest BIOS.
  14. "so if you're adding to an existing setup you will want to match what you currently have for best results" <-----Please elaborate a bit on what do you mean by this? I understand the base clock which is used to overclock. So if i OC the Chipset from 3.4 to 4.3ghz then will it effect the 'sync effectiveness'? Sorry for the noob question. i am still learning. Maybe u can send me a link that will explain everything or a youtube link
  15. Does that mean that information is false? I just want to know for personal knowledge if what they say is true. Even though it does not make any difference.
  16. Hi I was told that if i wanted to buy a memory i need to sync it with the Chip set Speed that i have. For example if my Chip set is 3.2 Ghz I was told to get a a ram With even number at the end (1600mhz or 1800Mhz or 3200mhz or 4000mhz) because it would sync or have better compatibility. In simple term its like 4 people going through 4 doors. On the other hand if i was to get a RAM that had odd number at the end Like DDR4-2133Mhz it would not be advisable b/c it may result some delay or even lost of the data or it would create a bottle neck for data. In simple term its like 4 people going through 3 doors. So I was told that Chip set with 3.7 Ghz would sync with the DDR4 - 2133Mhz RAM better since they both have odd numbers at the end. In simple term its like fitting 3 people in to 3 doors. Each would arrive at the same time through the door. I was told that it had to do something with the chip set multiplier. Which i am not sure what they meant???? I would like to know how true is this? Can you give a better analogy to explain what i was being told.
  17. No i have both in Memtest and while i was using the Machine. I was playing Total War Attila When it suddenly shut down. Which never happen before until i upgraded my RAM from 16Gb to 32GB with the same BRAND and SPEED and SERIAL.
  18. PLEASE focus on the Problem at hand. #epicfail. I totally forgot abt science. I was focus on the Solving the Problem. I would gladly like to know if u have a solution for my problem
