  1. Getting a new GPU would boost your system a lot. That's where you should start.
  2. Thanks anyone who said it was the hard drive. I took off the back panel on my case and was gently touching the hard drive bay and found out that it was my empty hard drive mount making the noise. I don't know why it didn't happen before my vacation though.
  3. My computer started making this odd buzzing noise after I got back from a 2.5 week vacation. This didn’t happen before and I don’t know what is causing it. I have cleaned out all the dust filters as well.
  4. I already have. This happened on Wednesday. Tried to get it for free, but would’ve had to send the whole case (wtf?)
  5. It is safe to run a gaming PC without a side panel. My glass panel shattered and I ordered new one but in the mean time could I play games without one?
  6. Thanks fro your help but I found out the problem today. I was dumb and didn't think to check the dust filters. They were horrendous...
  7. So I have my PC for about 2 months and it has worked really well. But for the past week or so every once in a while my PC will randomly restart without warning. The screen will go black and my LEDs in my case shut off, then it all comes back on right afterwards. Anyone know why this is happening or how I could fix it? My PC: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/rkgwrH
  8. I need a good mic for talking to friends in Rocket League in Discord for under $50. Any suggestions?
  9. Simple question, are displayport 1.2 and displayport 1.4 backwards compatible?
  10. The cable used to connect a graphics card to PSU is the VGA cable right? Just want to make sure.
  11. That's what I was thinking, just wanted to make sure. Thanks!
  12. Not sure if this is the right section, but I just finished building my first PC but I don't have a graphics card yet. Can I still turn on my PC and install windows without one? PCPartPicker: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/XxBatman99xX/saved/
  13. That's why I said approximate, and I will be gaming about 3-4 hours a day
  14. It's 80+ gold, you can see that in the part list, should have mentioned that though
  15. Suppose I got a 650w PSU and PcPartPicker says that I will use 415w (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/KnKY4C) what would be the approximate electric bill cost for just the PC alone per month?
