Pay streamers to build "Hype"
Peer pressure to get skins & spend money
Epic games being a dick, such as pulling rocket league (one of steam's most popular games)
Also basically copied the battle royale, and added building, and they copied apex (and apex copied them)

Nothing is a blanket answer as there are too many games that vary.....

Be more specific on how willing you are to be realistic with gaming expectations....?
Also provide some sort of budget or people here will for sure.....overshoot targets.
 
UltraMax goes into so many factors by itself due to so many games being wildly different in demands.
But then the titles not so demanding would see a waste of money performance wise...

Mr ellon.. Ips has better color and viewing angle than TN but it has ips glow and backlight bleed problem. 
 
I would choose VA if I were you, those contrast ratio will be more noticeable and it doesn't have backlight bleed issues at least not as bad and noticeable as ips.

You are asking too much for 40$ G305 is your best bet but even that your budget is not enough. 
 
You can try to find a Chinese wireless gaming mouse but don't expect a staggering build quality from them.

Your 3rd Gen i5 is so outdated but you can try find a used rx 400/500 series (not 460,550 or 560) They are pretty cheap some even under 100 usd that is if you are from the US. 
 
Your cpu will bottleneck the gpu of course but that's pretty much you can get for the best value. 

You could return it but that's what you get from ips panel even if you return it I doubt they will check for back light bleed, they will just send you another one. There are some people who able fix it by dutctaping the panel but I am not recommending it. 
 
As long is not too noticeable in a bright room with your light turn on or whatever. You should be fine with it.
But it you are playing some games like outlast or thief or any games that use lots of dark environments it can mess up the black level and make the game less immersive.

Smartphone camera is nothing compared to DSLR. 
That is why most of the times when there is a new phone announcement with supposedly great camera they will use sample image taken with DSLR. 
 
With DSLR we can control the aperture and shutter speed to create the image we desire and it has macro lens for close up Pic and Telephoto lens for sport/wildlife photography. 
 
Let's put it this way.. I never see a professional photographer use smartphone as their primary gear and probably won't be for the next 50,100 years heck idk. 
 
Smartphone camera is for convenient. but for someone who is really serious about their pics I am sure they will use DSLR for it. 

That is determined by the aperture yes. What you just described is just DOF in general. 
 
You can have close up Pic with little to no DOF if you use shallow aperture. 
 
Yes what you described is correct but it has more thing to do with the light that bounce of the lens and how much light that can bounce is controlled by the aperture.

Why use glasses for that, when you can just filter the blue light directly from your screen?
I use f.lux to filter out blue light once the sun goes down.

You are correct hero isn't as good as 3366 in which just a modded 3360 but most gamer won't be able to tell the difference. 
 
Only picky fps player will notice which I did but I am not bothered by it, for me the difference is not that significant. 
 
The only major difference is like you said, the power draw which is good for wireless mouse but for wired one I prefer the 3360. That's why I hate G502 hero which is a pointless upgrade and the new 518 because it's wired.

Yes. Dont bother with the sensor..most gaming mice nowadays has good sensor anyway especially if its a from reputable manufacturer.
