In this day and age, I don't think you can have one without the other. In otherwords, you wont get fast if it's free, and you won't have a lot of GB's until you're caped and running at 1Kbps. But, the name Hotspot Shield does come to mind when reading your title. I don't know how reliable they are though (like data mining and all that) so do be careful.

If you didnt get bothered by the sensor then yep.. I use G402 as my daily driver

I personally test an overclock by running it through Unigine Heaven, followed by Superposition, and then spend a few hours testing it in my usual games and settings. It's not the 100%, surefire, absolute best way to test an overclock, but I doubt I'll complain if my GPU crashes in Furmark but holds up fine in everything I do normally.

If you have tons of money then go ahead. 
 
I personally or in general a good fps mouse is a good moba mouse. It has to be lightweight and have a good sensor. 
 
Assuming that you have a large hand you can try Rival 310,deathadder elite or chroma, G305 if you want to go wireless, Dream machine dm1 pro, nixeus revel, fnatic flick and clucth2, and Zowie EC series.

Thanks a lot. I have tried that but unfortunately didnt work. I have a colleague who runs an rx580 in his system so we swapped cards. Guess what.... my system then worked perfectly and his had all the same problems. I have contacted the seller on eBay.

Would make sense I guess... I got it from eBay and the seller had 4 'in stock'. Well I have found a spare SSD so I'm putting windows on that to see if it works on there, if it does, I will wipe my SSD and do it on there. Will let you know how I get on!

Try download older version of amd driver. 
If you're out of option try to re install the windows.. Do fresh install with Local C completely formatted.

Look for cases honestly just go with what looks good in ur eye. One quick google search if it had issues cooling but most cases are nearly tbe sane, and 5* on a big change wont kill a system. So if u like it, absolutely

The seller says his brother died in 2012 and he is parting out his brothers old PC. Nothing wrong with mentioning that. But the problem is his brothers Asus Z97-A and i5-4690K (which he listed separately) are from 2014.
 
 

Gtx 970 is an old card. Stock paste is usually good enough but as your gpu age so does the paste.. Replacing it with regular paste could help but they won't last as long. 
 
Good quality paste are cheap and easy to find. My recommendation is the artic MX 4

@Hiya! Thanks for your response. Yes the MX master is the primary one I see when I search forums for creative professionals. It must be something about the horizontal scroll wheel while editing that saves time. I'll be sure to look into that as well. 
 
2 responses! Better than I expected. I would love to hear from some industry professionals but I understand that most LTT followers are gamers.

it was never about creating a new form factor with 2.5 inch drives. Its more that it was the smallest existing standard so they built around that instead of forcing the rest of the industry, case manufactures specifically, to adapt to them. Almost all cases out there already had support to fit 2.5inch drives and SSDs gave an very very measurable boost in performance so it was only natural that the NAND market conform to that standards, instead of everyone else conforming and supporting what NAND created.
