i tried asus support they just say send to a technical support in your region , asus support not providing support oh btw i updated to the latest bios.

no overclock, all on stock and ram on spd

mine works for a long time sometimes 5 hours of gaming no issues.

oh i set the docp to 3200mhz it stays at 1.2v. i tried that.

ok will jump it to 1.35v thanks everyone, it only happens randomly not often.

My ram is hyper x fury rated at 1.2v, i consulted kingston support and they ask me to keep it at 1.2v Here my ram model KHX3200C18D4/16 x2. Non overclock system

Good day, I have been facing an issue that sometimes my pc will suddenly crash and no display. The motherboard amber led will be flashing but after reset it will run fine. My mobo is a asus strix-f gaming x370, Ryzen 1500x, 32gb ram @2666mhz 16x2. The ram is rated at 3200mhz but I prefer to run it at 2666mhz @1.2v. Os is Windows 10 Home 1903. Any help will be much appreciated thanks.

Hi all I managed to get a stable system off the new sticks of 16gb x2 non kit it can xmp to 3200mhz without any issues but i just leave it at spd mode. thanks everyone. 32 gb @3200mhz now wohoo. Ryzen 2600x next upgrade.

i am using a 8x2 kit now btw.

i wanted to do so even if i buy a kit it may not work cause of the time gap. the kit i bought is at December 2017 now is 2019 chip fabrication and manufacturing batch could be an issue. i should have upgraded to 32gb on build time then it will work. Kingston already confirms that

malaysia pc parts especially kits are hard to come by unlike other countries

i call up asus support and they say it will work just fine as long my 16gb kit is out. i only needed 32gb so i keep the kit as a spare...

yep news ones return to exchange for 16gb x2 not kit

In dual channel mode but if i plug in my old kit+ the new kit the system will not even boot...I tested the new 8gb x2 not kit and i checked id cpuz its in dual mode

Oh sorry I forgot to mention my mobo it's a x370 and I tested the 8 gb that i purchased separately and it workf flawlessly

Too late I paid for the 2 sticks of 8gb already and i placed and order for a 16 x 2,,Duh hope its as stable as my 16gb. Btw i will be removing my 16gb kit and just plug in the 16 gb x2

experience before that i purchased an individual 8gb x 2 same clock and the system refuses to boot if i plug 4 in cause i notice my kit is a sk hynix chip and the new is nanya with a 1 year manufacturing gap...

Good day to all I have been struggling for a while here cause I wanted to upgrade my pc from 16gb to 32gb ram . My current ram are a Kingston Hyper X Fury @ 2666mhz in a kit form. I cannot find a 32gb kit in Malaysia, so I decided to purchase the ram individually that matches the batch/manufacturing date and chips inside. Will it work as stable as my 16gb kit?. Any help. I will be removing my kit set and just install the individually purchased 16gb x 2 ( not kit)

The main issue could be mismatch dimm brands sk hynix and nanya don't mix well together.
