Honestly, Everything here looks nice, except for the PSU. Try going 850W or above. In the future, if you can afford this type of build, sure, go all out. The result will certainly be nice to look at.
And NEVER cheap out on parts. Especially not your PSU. Stick with reputable brands.

    Budget (including currency): TBC
Country: Poland (no Polish part picker, but Amazon works here as well)
Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming & Streaming

    Hi all,
This is more of a theoretical build as I don't have enough saved for now, but I got distracted at work and here it is... I'd appreciate any suggestions/feedback. 🙂

If you're going to get a 1070 or even a 1080 then your PC will suffer from bottleneck caused by the CPU. Instead of selling it, you could go with a newer Ryzen (1500-1600 or even 1700/1800) and then it'll work better with the GPU. Also you'll need a better PSU for that GPU/CPU. Additional ram you'll need for FH3/4 since both are using over 10gigs when on medium/high(PS: FH4 is better optimized than FH3)

I would suggest a ryzen 5 (I would suggest the 2600) and getting a used GPU. I would keep the ram and see if it is a problem.

So this idea was born from my cluelessness for what to buy my girlfriend for out anniversary. Started first just as an idea, but it kept lingering long enough that i gave it some serious thought. So one day i just went to Bauhaus  and bought shitload of equipment and behgan working on it.

I'm not a carpenter and this was my FIRST wood working project so some glaring errors in my wood work can be excused. I hated that i didnt have a table saw, because this build had a lot of cross cuts and since i only had a jigsaw some stuff came out a bit....not completely straight. Took me about 2 months to make.

Case has 2 14cm fans to suck air in, 20 cm fan to pull air from the mobo chamber and one 12cm fan to pull the hot air out at the back.

Are you sure that robbing a bank isn't an option? You could get a really good PC after that. So maybe you could take the dogs for the walk. Or try to buy used parts for cheap and sell them with profit.

It depends on $$$. I've ordered a PC last week, they build it for me for about $0.25. Even yesterday they called me to say sorry for slightly slower shipping and said that they overclocked my ram because of the delay. So I think it was a good deal.

I would recommend to save the money first and then make the purchases. Why? Because by the time you'll have all the components, the other ones you bought first will/should have a lower price. This does not apply (or is not that visible in price) if you buy them used. Just my 2 cents

While that case looks very nice (aesthetically) there are some serious issues. First being, it comes with no fans, menaing you'd have to buy some. Many cases come with at least one, which hels significantly with airflow. On the subject of airflow, secondly, that case has very poor airflow, being the only intake is on the bottom with a crappy flimsy filter. Thirddly, there are no cable management options, making a tempered glass side panel pointless since you'd probably want to hide the mess not show it off. Lastly, drive support is severly limited compared to many cases on the market, only offering what looks like a single 3.5" HDD and 2.5" ssd trays

I've got the non-S version myself, it doesn't have the built-in fan controller, and it doesn't have sound-dampening foam inside as the "S" version stands for "Silent".

If you want to check out how it looks as a finished build, here's my recent personal gallery:
I have an original 1-meter Phanteks LED strip connected to the built-in RGB LED controller so I can change the LED colours from a button located in the front of the case

If you have additional questons, feel free to ask.

I believe 75Hz is only supported at certain resolutions (1440x900, 1280x1024, 1024x768, 800x600 and 640x480 if the -20 manual applies to the -10 as well).

If it works at those resolutions, but not 1080p or 1440p, then it likely has the same refresh range as the -20 model (I can't seem to find a manual or much documentation at all for the -10). 50-75Hz is the frequency range, but it doesn't mean that it can run at 75Hz at all resolutions.

EDIT: Seems the native resolution is 2560x1440 @60Hz with 75Hz seemingly unsupported at a lot of resolutions.

Thanks for the article, that clears that up completely. now i know why there is such a wide price range in them.
Double thanks on this! i would have just bought the cheapest one, and called it a day.
thanks, i just kept looking at the differences between phones, and for the little bit of extra $, it just seemed obvious that the upgrades were well worth the price. i just wish i would have had enough money to buy 2 of them, so i could upgrade my own phone as well.

Only if it has a grey label, and you don't plan on any massive overclocks.
