@Theguywhobea I followed a guide from iFixit . and i've double checked before reassemble it to use it. The fan issue only occurs when i charge the computer and use it at the same time. But when i use the laptop fully depending on the battery itself. it works just fine

Hi All, After removing the heat sink from my DELL VOSTRO 5480 to replace the thermal paste. An issue start to pop up after the replacement of the thermal paste. 1. When charging my laptop and doing some light stuff(browsing the net), the fan starts to blow at full speed constantly . it stops only when i unplug the charger and use the laptop without the charger.then the fan run at normal speed. What should i do in order to get rid of this?
