Well right now my gpu is a SAPPHIRE NITRO Radeon R9 390 8G, my psu a 750w bronze. My cpu is water cooled with the H60 from corsair, nothing fancy. I game alot on this computer, but also programming ( this is my job ). I'm aiming for performance, that's about it.

Right now i still have a lga 1155 motherboard with an i7-2600k. I was wondering if getting a lga 1151 with an i7-7700k would give me a huge difference or should i stay with my 1155. I was thinking buying 16gb ddr4 2600mhz in that process ( i have 8gb ddr3 1600mhz ) What do you think? Worth the +700$ upgrade ?
