oh you say you want something that isnt one of the big 3, well i would say reactos is too similar to windows, and BSD is too similar to linux since they are both UNIX and POSIX compliant, so i would say, TempleOS. 
Also for anyone who is saying things like chromeOS, android x86 and steamOS, those are all linux. Also i dont see why you cant just use some form of linux, or some other POSIX compliant OS.

they usually dont take anything out unless it is a catastrophic failiure, in which case loosing some components will be the least of your worries, but normally it just becomes unstable power delivery on something like the 5V or 12V rail under load and slowly gets worse over time, although it sounds like it could be an issue on the high voltage side of the psu where it handles the ac, which could explain the buzzing noise, since both buzzing and ac power can be described as "Jiggly waves". in which case you probably should keep a fire extinguisher nearby if it goes south

if the psu is like atleast 20 years old, call up AkBKukU for help, he can save any old psu's, using the powers of recapping it, and if it is newer than 20 years old... i hope you have a warranty for it. 

you could always go for some sort of touch keyboard, or you could always go the option which will cause zero sound from keystrokes, because you dont press things, you use voice commands, or as Amir likes to call them, Job Commands. I swear if nobody gets that reference ill be angry and sad at the same time, but more sad.

your internet speed will have no effect on what your computer will and wont detect, the cable will work fine. and honestly if sub 5mbps speeds stopped cat6 from working, my 50kbps internet would cause nothing to work, but because all cables are is literally just some wires that are basically the same between types, just with some slight changes, it wont matter because the cable will work, also you dont need the cat6 cables unless you will have a link to that machine that will make use of the extra bandwidth.

it is fine, just dont do a howtobasic on it and you'll be fine

you may not even need to use the api since you could even just use webhooks to send it to an empty server, and have it set to send all the notifications

well if you can retrieve the logs easily with the code, you technically could just make a discord bot that just sends you dm's or something containing the notification you want, that would send that notification to everything you have with discord. just... dont get too many notifications at once

you really shouldnt need anything above 60hz to be honest, other than maybe vr, although i have played vr using psvr and if consoles have anything to say, that was probably at 30 or 60hz anyway

For competetive games it may be better, but how often would you be playing competetive games that would take proper advantage of the higher framerate, would probably be better off going with a higher resolution monitor instead.

I would rather see him eat some thermal paste, it doesent taste good, i tasted some dry paste once when i put an old dead cpu in my mouth for a pic since it was still covered in the stuff

I have a tip for everybody who reads this post... NEVER LEAVE THINGS IN POCKETS.
I learnt this the hard way when my AKG earbuds were in my pants when they made it into the wash... I'm surprised they work at all, although the left side is like at 20% of the volume of the other one, the sound is discorded, and i can't use it on any phones because the volume rocker is fucked to the volume buttons and the play/pause button keeps triggering on it's own,  sad sad days. 
Also i am wondering if anybody would know of a good replacement for me to use, and they would have to be the small in-ear ones.

if anything, i would personally reccomend you get a nice cute little core 2 duo(or quad if you wanna hurt my feelings) and pair that with 4gb of ddr2 ram and a nice old ATI Radeon HD4870. it may be an old config, but it is great for playing older games and can run things like fallout new vegas amazingly
