I was running my ryzen 1200 on 3.7GHZ and auto voltage (~1.22) on my MSI b350 PC MATE motherboard and i got a bluescreen for the first time after a month and i ignored it, i was trying to play quantum break and it was very stuttering on low settings and the highest usage was on my CPU,(90s) so i tried to overclock it higher to stop stuttering and it was unstable on 3.8 and 3.9 so i just refunded the game and cleared CMOS and OC back to 3.7Ghz but when i tried running Cinebench i got 370cb and I usually got ~550cb and in MSI afterburner i get 100% constant on CPU1 not sure whats wrong here. Any fixes and tips are appreciated.

I see a JLED_1 connector on my motherboard and I was wondering what specifications does my light strips need? Like what connector does the strip lights need and the volts and cables? I want to connect it to my motherboard and I don't want to be tinkering with the cables and adding extensions. Please leave some Amazon links and suggestions.
