Sometimes you can. I've succesfully RMA'ed two different coil whining PSUs. The retailer/manufacturer has to be a good guy though.

But would an old AMD quad core (slow single-threaded performance) have been any better than luke's dual core?

Resist the urge to throw the computer if it won't post! For some reason they never post on my first try.

Trouble booting when adding secondary optical drive
Testmann replied to Testmann's topic in Troubleshooting
It has a HDD priority setting with only my HDDs and SSD, where my SSD is at the top - then it has a normal boot priority list where every boot device is listed Also, when i unplug the optical drive, it boots just fine.- 2 replies

I am in the process of ripping my parent's CDs and DVDs, and i thought it would be a bit faster, if i had a few more optical drives in my system - no problem. Found som spares, but when i plug a secondary optical drive in and try to boot, it just tells me to select proper boot device. I went into the BIOS and found that my boot drive is still on top of the boot priority list. Does anyone know why this is and how to fix it? I'm using a MSI Z77A-GD65 motherboard with an SSD as boot drive (OCZ Agility) along with a Western Digital Blue and Western Digital Black for storage and of course the optical drive which is already in my system.

Where is AMD's Never Settle Forever 2014-campaign in europe?
Testmann replied to Testmann's topic in Graphics Cards
So apparently it just has a very slow release in Europe. Thanks for the link! Sadly they do not seem to have the GPU, i'm after. Gonna keep an eye out for it though! Edit: So apparently i misread their site, and they do have my GPU! Thank you! It'll be nice to get it, since my old graphics card just burned out today. -
I don't know if this is the right forum for this, but i'm finally buying a new graphics card next week, and i noticed that the new Never Settle-campaign haven't showed up on any websites in my country (Denmark), so i tried a few others in Sweden, Norway, Germany and The UK, and it seems non of these countries have gotten it. On AMD's own website it states that more than a few shops should have it, but they don't. Do any europeans know, if it's normal, that they are late, and how late they can be expected to be? Will it take weeks for never settle to hit europe? AMD's site: http://sites.amd.com/us/promo/never-settle/Pages/nsreloadedforever.aspx

I definitely like the front facing speakers the most! Please keep doing the reviews, Linus. When considering the Nexus 5, I read tons of reviews of it, but your review clearly stood out because of the more personal and less benchmark-oriented style you have. I really just want my phone to work, and synthetic benchmarks doesn't tell me as much as an actual user of the phone can. Keep up the great work! I would hate to see the phone reviews go.
