I want to buy a new pc with I7-8700 and PRIME-H310M-K - ASUS. will they go good together? other specs: will gtx 1080 go well with 550w psu? will i7-8700 work with FREEZER 12 cooling? Thx for helping!!

I have a work about CPUs and I need to know where Intel gets their materials from. I know that they use silicon (if there are more pls tell me) but where do they get it from? who sells them the silicon? thanks for the help!
