1. This is a new setup 2. It is in the motherboard, should I plug it into my graphics card? 3. nope 4. The fps just starts low 5. I do not have any monitoring software. Here are some temps. Cpu says 73 f and Motherboard says 69 f 6. 1920 x 1080 (i think thats what youre asking, sorry im new to this)

Here is my build Intel Core i5 7500 3.4GHz Geforce GTX 970 (driver version 375.95) 8GB ddr4 ram Im trying to play games like rust and CSGO. On rust, even on the lowest setting im only geting 7 fps. Same thing with csgo. Does anyone know what the problem is or how I can fix it.
