HDD suddenly died, how to recover files?
Sir Launcelot replied to Sir Launcelot's topic in Storage Devices
this is secondary drive of my laptop, it do have important documents, specially university related, so I don't think it is worth going to recovery center. so are there diy methods? -
I was backing-up my files to an external hard drive, and the internal hard drive stopped working. I already opened the drive to check if it is the common needle stuck, it is not. The drive is a secondary storage of my laptop that is around 3 and a half years old. It is doing this beep and bops, is there a DIY repair for this?

I am thinking of upgrading the boot drive by buying m.2 ssd. But the website of acer does not show the upgradeability of my device. (Acer Aspire E15. E5-576G-59AB) I am asking if this is a NVME M.2 port or SATA M.2 port.

I purchased an earphone, Alcatroz alpha mg-300. then i use it casually, watch vids and gaming, it is pretty decent. However while playing league of legends, I noticed that the left and right stereo are not on their correct position. I checked the box, the reciept, then return it to the shop, but they say it is not covered by warranty (I know this is a factory defect but they say it is not). So now, I am looking for a way to swap the left and right stereo. I am not an electronic professional so I don't consider soldering the wires. Is there a software that could fix the problem?

Sir Launcelot replied to ISUther's topic in Graphics Cards

Sir Launcelot replied to ISUther's topic in Graphics Cards
in my country our bill is computed in kilowatthours, w*1000= 1kw, in one hour there are 3600 sec (245*1000)/(3600)=68 Kwh i don't know what units they use in other country -

Sir Launcelot replied to ISUther's topic in Graphics Cards
lets do the math W=power power= Ampere*voltage, watt=work/time SI Unit of power is work/time in joules/sec yeah, its 245w per second
