Hey if I were you I'd check out the ryzen processors since they are very reliable and got a wide selection of good mobos! - Intel's 8th gen processors is in a bit of a shortage on mobos - only having the z370 atm! 
If you must have an intel 8th gen processor I'd recommend waiting for the B370/ h370 mobos which is due to come out in early 2018 which would be way cheaper for your specific processor. 
If gaming is your intention with the build I'd recommend speding just a few more kronor on the 1070 ti! 
You should invest in a faster HDD if you intend to store your games there. 
 
Otherwise you seem to have put up a pretty solid build, in the future you can always use a PSU calculator online if you want to upgrade some parts in your build. I'd recommend these Calculators:
