  1. Ight so I'm looking into buying a new monitor and have catched my eyes on the MSI Optix 144hz 24" which seems to be a fairly decent monitor...??? (Yes, no, maybe??) The monitor here in Sweden costs around 3000kr which translates to around 315 dollars. Now this price is for the MAG241CR, the more reviewed and "normal" monitor?? But just this morning another, exactly identical monitor was lowered in price to 2300kr which is about 240 dollars but it had the product name MAG241CP. As to the specifications when I compared them they were more or less identical so can someone tell me why basically the same monitor was lowered in price compared to the more reviewed CR version?? thx
  2. No and I don't rly know how to do that.. Just checked for new drivers tho and seems like I'm up to date with everything
  3. #1 No I don't have another nic, I'd have to buy one, which I have looked into doing.. #2 No that's the weird part, it only happens to my computer!
  4. So I've had my computer for more than a year now and I built it myself.. During this time I've stood up with my ethernet dropping/disconnecting ramdomly while playing games making my gaming experience quite poor and I just cant think of anything I haven't done to try improving it! I tried connecting a new ethernet cable from my router, which didn't work, tried running an internet diagnostic and nothing showed up as bad, tried swithing ports and still the same result... While playing games the internet either drops to unplayable speeds or it disconnects fully (and this happens like every hour or so). While browsing the internet the problem shows by a warning triangle or a red cross down in the right hand corner of the computer screen (where the connection is shown). I honestly have no idea of why this is occuring so pls HeLPP
  5. Hi! Just did my first computer build and everything works as it should, exept the Asus Aura software. It isn't detecting my motherboard or phanteks RGB led strips.... My GPU is although detected and everything works as advertised.. This is my hardware: Mobo: Asus x370-f (bios 3401) + all of the current chipset drivers etc. Ram: Corsair vengeance lpx 2666mhz (D.O.C.P 4) Gpu: Asus strix gtx 1070 ti hdd: wd blue 1tb Ssd: Samsung 850 evo 250gb psu: evga g2 supernova 750w cpu: ryzen 5 1600x cpu cooler: Corsair h115i case: Corsair obsidian 750d Everything is literally up to date when it comes to software and drivers so..? I'd be glad for any help I could get! Thx!
  6. I really just want the memory to run at the advertised speed.. So Docp?
  7. Alright haha, but should I go with the DOCP settings? or just leave it be?
  8. Alright haha, but should I go with the DOCP settings? or just leave it be?
  9. Hey guys! Literally JUST built my first computer and I got in to the bios to check everything.. Saw that my RAM (corsair vengeance lpx 2666mhz) wasn't displayed as advertised but instead as 2133mhz..? I selected the D.O.C.P. 4 setting in the Ai overclock tuner which described the optimal system settings for 2666mhz memory.. Shouldn't there be like a X.M.P mode or something? Should I just go with the D.O.C.P. 4 setting? I'm running this system: CPU: Ryzen 5 1600X GPU: Asus rog 1070ti advanced RAM: Corsair vengeance lpx 2666mhz CPU cooler: Corsair h115i Mobo: Asus rog x370-f SSD: Samsung 850 evo 250gb HDD: WD blue 1tb PSU: Evga supernova g2 750w Thx for the help!
  10. Altough very sad to go with a locked CPU and one heck of a good z370 mobo... It's just a waste of money. If you must go with an intel coffee lake processor, then I'd recommend a K - CPU.. OR I'd wait for the h370 or b360 motherboards to come out in the beginning of 2018.
  11. Hey! I'm running a h115i rad (280mm) with the stock corsair sp fans, just curious if there are any better? Thx
  12. Well unless you don't already got a normal screwdriver you won't be needing the mejselkit.. Also the (buntband)'s isn't reallt needed either since you very often get that with the case + you will get velcro straps with your gpu. Unless you really want that cablemod, you can save that money for a bit more expensive cpu.
  13. Honestly Robin, go for a Ryzen processor as I've said before. You will not benefit from having a locked CPU and a high performace mobo. Unless you're upgrading your cpu in the future.. If you're gonna be spending 22 000 kronor then you might as well get this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Yh7khq
  14. You should go with whatever seats you the best, but I'd always recommend dual channel.
  15. If I go with the top as exhaust, wouldn't the cpu suffer from a higher temperature since I'm pulling hot air through the radiator?
