  1. no is it similar style?
  2. I downloaded a new game on steam yesterday. Thought i would share this amazing find. Although it is a top seller so I'm sure I'm late to the game, but They are Billions..is hands down one of the best games i have played in a long time. A mix of base building with real time strategy and zombie hordes. Tech advancements and resource management takes this seemingly simple looking game into a level of difficulty i have yet to overcome. as an early access game the only mode is currently survival. But a campaign is being developed and if they make enough in sales a coop option is in discussions. So go out there and give this game a look. i want it to be a success as i really would love to see this game be developed to meet its full potential. I might add i almost never hype about a game or find any that can really hold my attention for over an hour or two. Downloaded this game....10 hours straight....only stopped to sleep. Incredible.

    Volume out sucks

I have just built a new system using a b350 tomahawk from MSI as my base. I opted for a wireless card in my only PCI slot assuming the on board audio would be tolerable. Sadly i was wrong, but would like to not change out to upgrading an audio card. Is there any way i can boost the volume on my headphones to go higher. I have them maxed out as well as the volume all over my PC. They are nowhere near loud enough for a house with multiple gamers. I have heard there are some software that will override the max volume settings but i do not want to go downloading from google without knowing what I'm downloading.
  5. hello, i currently installed windows onto a new hard drive and by noob mistake i installed the windows s option rather than the windows home option. Now without a product key all apps including system reg. are locked down. I tried to reboot system and just install windows again but my system is not even allowing me to open the boot menu during startup. the screen just stares at me as i mash my f12 key as if im invisible. im starting to become frustrated any help would be appreciated please. i just want to install windows 10 home from my usb as originally planned
  6. going to need a ton more info on what else you have in our system in order to get accurate advice. Why is it you want to upgrade? how is your current pc lacking?
  7. current speed is low as can go at 2133. Im sure this will work for now. But would upgrading to some 3000 or 3200 be a smart idea. I already planned on buying another kit as i have 2 empty slots still on my board.
  8. I'm using MSI B350 Tomahawk MOBO. same b350 chip set as above post. so I'm hoping to have the same luck as you.
  9. I'm in the midst of building my first top to bottom gaming PC from scratch. As expected I've made a few errors.. One that is bugging me a bit is my memory and CPU compatibility rumors. I have heard that Ryzen has had issues with a ton of ram not performing the way it should. I sadly did not become aware of this until i had already ordered ram and placed it on my MOBO. I plan on running with it until I can afford a solution. My question is what is the downsides of running with the current setup. My memory is not on the approved list of ram. running a Ryzen 5 1600 3.6 (4.0oc) with 2x4gb G.Skill RipjawsV 2133 mhz thanks in advance. Any advice moving forward would be appreciated as well
  10. I have not yet experienced this joy you speak of
  11. would leaving more room available on the SSD improve performance? and what are the benefits of loading video files onto the SSD as apposed to the HDD?
  12. https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824475003&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwordsCA-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwordsCA-PC-_-pla-_-Monitors+-+LCD+Flat+Panel-_-N82E16824475003&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI1OforP251wIVxVx-Ch1mogDNEAQYAiABEgJ5AfD_BwE I have had my eyes on this monitor for a little while now and am waiting to see if i can get it on sale during the holiday season. Slightly above the $ your asking for but i am in Canadian dollars. Unsure if that matters for you. But for its performance specs reviews and the curved screen. I would say it is a fantastic value for a great quality monitor.
  13. Hello all, New to the SSD idea and look forward to adding one to my current project. I hear the main benefit is faster load times, but that's all I have heard. So my question is where should I keep which files on my computer. ( for example lets say I'm playing fallout 4 right now.) would i install the entire game onto my SSD for optimization? Also is it beneficial to install the OS onto your SSD or not. Like I said I'm completely new to this storage method. Don't wanna waste the money for something i don't know how to use. Plan to use : Samsung 850 Evo 250 GB SSD
