    Will it bottleneck to some extend? Probably. On like.. 720p
    But you know what. It's the fastest gaming CPU ever made so you don't have anything to compare it to.
    It's the best choice for gaming and productivity right now. (Yes, this CPU shreads through Adobe Premiere like a champ)
    Also streaming is no problem. Awesome CPU. 
     
    Please OC the sh*t out of it.

    At 720? Probably. At 1080? No. Does it matter? Not really.

    no, some games do like more than 6 cores 12 threads they are rare but they do exist.

    No gpu is usually the bottleneck especially in 4k and 1440p

    The only thing I can recommend is change the cpu to an i5 8600k or not k model and get a 1080 with the money you saved. I am not sure if all the cables come in the box because I usually get my friend who owns a pc building company to build it for me as I don’t trust myself.

    550-650W PSU is enough, though you can get 750w ones if they arent that much more expensive.  80+ Gold certification recommended.
     
    Tier 1 or 2 for a build like that.

    All rigs will have a bottleneck. Its just how the concept works. But, the 8600k and 1070 are a good combination and you should be fine
