Hi I have a question regarding dual monitors lagging when running at the same refresh rate, i ended up buying another 144hz monitor to pair with my 240hz XL2540. I dialed down the refresh rate on my XL2540 to 144hz to match with the other 144hz monitor but it seems that if there are two display connected i will experience fps drops and unbearable amount of stuttering at stable 144fps though i suspect the frametime messed up. But once i disconnect the other 144hz monitor its buttery smooth again. Is this normal? I tried it on two different system both with a 9900k and a 2080 / 2080ti. apologies in advance as i typed this on my phone

sorry for leaving the details outs, it got an i5 10210u and its a Dell inspirion 7490. I would like to try to plug it in but under the current circumstances I have no access to the monitor.

Hi, I have a question about 240hz / 144hz monitors. I am in the process of relocating and my gaming computer wouldnt arrive for another 2 months or so. Somehow my monitor along with my clothings managed to get here first and its a XL2546. I have been using 144hz / 240hz monitors for so long that going back 60hz just doesnt feel right. I only have a laptop (no dedicated GPU) is it possible to use a 240hz monitor with a laptop? I don't mean gaming, I am only after the smooth mouse cursor movement on the desktop. The only port on this PC is a thunderbolt type C and a HDMI. Thanks guys!

I am about to go buy a new switch lite in the next few days, now I am NO expert in touch screens but I am curious as to is it possible to buy a bigger touch screen and replace the current one? The bezel is really thick and I wana see if I can do anything about it. Thanks guys

Hey everyone, long story short I need a computer that I can multitask on but not game. Things that I will be doing are running Android emulators and doing daily stuff on the computer (netflix and web browsing) However I want it to be snappy and responsive, so I was thinking should I get a 8700k with 16GB ram and a 1050? The whole point of the 1050 is just to plug in a display port for a 144hz monitor. Please dont hesitate to correct me if i said anything wrong. Thanks everyone!

Hey guys so I recently OCed my 9900k to 5GHz but somehow only CPUZ and BIOS is reading it right, Task Manager is telling me I am at around 4.8GHz and Park Control is giving me 3.6GHz? Is this suppose to happen or did I do something wrong? Thanks!

before i reset my cmos its 3600 now its 4000 which is nice but I am just curious as to what does profile 2 do

Just got my new 4000mhz hyperx predator today, I took out my 3200mhz trident Z and replaced all 4 sticks. Any changes I need to make in bios? my system boots and all but it does restart after like an hour or so (happened twice) I suspect some ram related settings is not configuration properly. Side note, I see theres an XMP profile 1 and profile 2. When I select profile 1 it gives me Profile 1 DDR4 3600mhz along with my timings but when I select profile 2 nothing pops up. Sorry if this is hard to read
