Looks good but it's expensive, over $100 for the 500w version. I'd have no idea there was anything wrong with those based on the fier list. Looking at it some more there's the Corsair Vengeance 80+ Silver with a 0 rpm mode for $74.99, that seems to be the cheapest non Seasonic psu with that feature. I guess a filter for 0 rpm mode psu's, there's one for fanless currently.

What's the cheapest B or A tier unit with a zero rpm fan mode? Sorting through pcpartpicker can be frustrating.

The Riotoro Onyx is listed under both Tier A and Tier B, is that meant to divide up the different wattage units?
