Hi Kranolf, unfortunately from what ive been able to find out after experiencing this issue is that gigabyte uses outdated drivers, or drivers that are generally exploitable to hackers, so valorant's anti cheat stops it from running or functiong, im not sure why they disbale it when you arent playing valorant, but if you uninstall all of valorants programs and valorant itself, you will be able to use rgb fusion again, so I guess right now its either rgb fusion or valorant

Yeah disable XMP and run it on auto.. (you can always turn back on when you have tested.) CSM is lagacy mode for the boot media. Secure boot is a security feature. Find your motherboard manual and search for it. (you need to do this before installing windows.

If it works, then yeah it's fine.
It's just that sometimes a new motehrboard won't even boot if you have the drive with the OS from the old one.

    Just follow what @Enderman said.

An ultra wide would be way better if it's around the same price, that way you have more pixels to work with

but just use a ppi calculator to check the pixel density.

Doesn't really matter if the stand can't swivel lol, can just turn it.

a Custom fan curve is a good idea, the one that it uses now is not a smooth one.
also depends on how fast the card heats up and cools down.

Here's an analogy for what I think is happening: On first gen Mazda Miatas, which has pop-up healights, if you hit the head light button fast and long enough, the headlights will alternate coming up and down (left up while right is down, right up while left is down, etc). This might be happening with your GPU. The temp falls under the threshold, fans stop. It rises above the threshold, the fan that stopped spinning first starts spinning, but the other two haven't caught up. by the time the other two start, the GPU has told the fans to stop spinning again.

Now that might just be crazy talk and you should just set a custom fan curve cause that will most likely fix your problems anyways

There's a built in utility for defragmenting in windows. Just type in "defrag" in a search in start and choose defragment and optimise disks if you're on win10/8/8.1 or disk defragmenter if you're on 7 and below.

I can't answer that question without knowing the two monitors that are being compared, and yes, that is the only 32" G-Sync high refresh rate monitor sadly.

an idle system always has background processes that run. It's well known that the 8700k runs hot, just like it's predecessor. It's not surprising at all that a background process commands work from the CPU that utilizes a single core for a few moments. That will drive a core temp up quickly on this CPU, and because that heat doesn't really have time to migrate to the IHS, it drops down just as fast.  Think of it like holding a 100w light bulb in your hand, and then turning it on and off quickly. It's still drawing a lot of energy, and is producing a lot of heat, enough to burn you, but because that heat takes time to move through the inert gasses in the bulb before it meets the glass, your fingers don't get burned. A CPU die acts very similarly.

It absolutely can be. If it is sitting idle then current settles but it will react as soon as it begins doing any work. I think what you might be thinking is your AIO water temps wouldn't jump that quickly in such a short period, but you are measuring the chip itself and not the AIO water temps.

yea thus are calculated temperatures not measured. thats why they dont have any meaning, sensors are calibrated and optimized to be more precise for higher temperatures.

Your idle temp is barely above your ambient air temp and your load temps are great if its a hot day with no AC. You cant do better than that without refrigeration?(and you dont need to do that).

77C for that GPU in a hot environment is fine too. Just make sure you dust it often enough and thoroughly.

Those temperatures seem expected if it's a hot day and you don't have AC.

Your temperatures are completely fine, there's no cause for worry until your CPU and/or GPU reach 90+ Celsius.
