  1. I currenlty am using a Gigabyte B8 "Gaming" Motherboard with a Kaby lake i5. Hasn't been half bad. Was trying to upgrade to 3rd gen ryzen and didn't wanna pay too much for a new mobo.
  2. Its about 5TB worth of data, and I dont have the space on any machine to copy to an intermediary drive.
  3. Hi, I have been using windows' built in sharing feature for my nas (in windows server tho), and im thinking about moving to freenas. The way my HDDs are setup is in a windows spanned drive. and i was wondering if there is an easy way to directly import the spanned drive.

Anyway to simulate an ultrawide monitor with two 16:9s? I know Nvidia surround is a thing but I only have HD Graphics
  5. Anybody know how I could passthrough the single GPU in my laptop to a KVM Virtual Machine? I wanna run the VM off of manjaro, and have full acceleration.
  6. Tried that. Still returned with permission denied
  7. I replaced both of those with the generated uuid and specific version of i915 GVT-g. Otherwise, the command would have returned with "no such file or directory"
  8. I'm trying to create a virtual GPU on top of my iGPU in my laptop to passthrough to a VM. I used this guide: And when I run sudo /bin/sh -c "echo [My-vGPU-UUID] > /sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:[My-PCI-Device]/mdev_supported_types/[My-i915-GVTg-Type]/create" (With proper values substituted), It returns: /bin/sh:line 1:/sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:[My-PCI-Device]/mdev_supported_types/[My-i915-GVTg-Type]/create" permission denied. I already tried running as root. Any suggestions?
  9. I'm not really sure what he was talking about as iMessage and FaceTime worked out of the box for me.
