Will i really only need 550 watts for the duke and i5?

I was looking at the i5 before the i3 and yeah I think I'll go with the i5 then. and I'm guessing the ram change is so I can upgrade for a similar price. Thanks.

The ram and GPU are immediate changes ill make. Thinking about the rest right now but I saw at http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Core-i5-8400-vs-Intel-Core-i3-8350K/3939vs3935 the i3 was faster/similar to the i5. I'm not going to overclock so why is that?

If the computer supports it definitely get the 8th gen CPU.

I currently have an older gen Intel NUC as a desktop and it's so slow I'm using it for hosting stuff that I wanna host a game server for my friends and me. The budget for me is about the same price the computer is currently so if you suggest something that costs more money I would do something like a change to only 8gb of ram.
