Thanks so much and about the t4 instrad of the evo, can i still get a slight oc with it?

Hi, I'm planning on building a system for my htc vive that i'll be getting. The specs are a Ryzen 5 1500x, gtx 980ti, a decent am4 motherboard, a hyper 212 evo, 16gb of ddr4 2133 (probably fury x) and a 600-750 watt psu. I can get the gpu and hopefully the cpu used and the total cost should be around 950 cad. Is that a decent price and is this enough power for most vr games? And will there be a bottleneck of some sort! -Thanks in advance.
